This is not your grandmother's Dansk. Not even your mother's. Not even mine from the late 70's and early 80's. The bottom is so thin that it's impossible to cook anything in it without sticking, even on a very low flame. I really regret this purchase.
Two stars only because, since it's so thin, it's good for boiling water...
This a great addition to any cooks kitchen! I use saucepans very frequently when I cook and this Kobestyle saucepan is terrific. I find that my sauces don't burn quickly in this pan. Also, clean up is simple. I highly recommend this saucepan to anyone!

Probably one of the most exciting sampling equipment I've received. If you're a big cook, this dish has been tremendous for any sauces I've whipped up in the kitchen and being able to use the trivet has only made it that much better. Highly recommend to any friends!
