Købenstyle Goldenrod 4 QT. Casserole

I got this pot last year as a Christmas gift and was so in love with it. I love the minimalist Scandinavian design and how lightweight it is. My mom, who is from Denmark, has an original version that she's owned for over 30 years so I thought it would last me a lifetime just like hers has, but boy was I wrong. After a few months of using this pot only a handful of times, the enamel coating on the inside began chipping off into my food! At first it was just a little bit so I didn't think too much of it and continued using the pot, but the chipping has only gotten worse as I've continued to use the pot. Additionally, no matter how much oil or fat I use I always have to have a problem with foods charring and sticking to the bottom of the pot, which turns into a nightmare to clean. I've soaked it repeatedly and can't seem to get the black stains off the pot. I've followed all the instructions for care and have generally take very good care of this pot but alas, after barely a year of owning it I will likely have to replace it with something different. They obviously don't make these with the same quality they used to. Super disappointed :(
